Where are the Luana Bags and accessories produced?

Our Bali Collection is produced in Java, Indonesia, and handcrafted by stay-at-home mums. After production, all items are shipped to our warehouse in Uluwatu, Bali.

Our Moroccan Collection is made in Marrakesh, Morocco, by local artisans. Once produced, all items are shipped to our warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our collections, the cost reflects the artisanal work and support for local communities in our production countries.

 

Do you ship overseas? 

Luana Bags operates two warehouses: one in Indonesia and one in the Netherlands. Please note that not all items are stocked in both locations. Whether we can fullfill your order depends on your location and our stock, which will be calculated at checkout.

The Bali Collection is handmade in Bali and fully stocked there, with some items also available in the Netherlands. The Morocco Collection, however, is exclusively stocked in our Amsterdam office.

From our Bali office, we ship within Bali and Indonesia, as well as to Australia and New Zealand. At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping from this location.

From our Amsterdam office, we offer worldwide shipping, as well as domestic shipping within the Netherlands.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
